Dental Assistant

Established private dental practice seeking a highly skilled, responsible, organized and self motivated dental assistant to join our office on a part or full time basis. Please email your resume to set up an interview. “`Duties“`- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment- Take X-rays- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures- Perform basic laboratory tasks, such as pouring impressions and trimming models- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Dentrix- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow “`Qualifications“`- Dental assisting certification and relevant experience- Proficiency in taking dental X-rays- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of infection control protocols and procedures Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 24 xe2x80x93 40 per week Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Paid time off Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
