We are currently seeking a highly motivated and personable Patient Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Job Summary: The Patient Care Coordinator is a crucial member of our practice, responsible for managing patient interactions, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth operations within the dental office. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong attention to detail to provide exceptional patient service and support our clinical team. Key Responsibilities: xc2xb7 Patient Interaction: Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner, both in-person and over the phone. xc2xb7 Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments. xc2xb7 Patient Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations. xc2xb7 Communication: Act as a liaison between patients and dental staff, ensuring clear and effective communication regarding treatment plans, procedures, and follow-up care. xc2xb7 Customer Service: Address and resolve patient concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive patient experience. Qualifications: xc2xb7 Previous experience in a dental office. xc2xb7 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. xc2xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. xc2xb7 Proficiency in dental practice management software and basic computer skills. xc2xb7 Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes. xc2xb7 Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. xc2xb7 A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
