Dental Hygienist

OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality dental care and promoting oral health. Duties- Perform dental hygiene procedures such as cleaning, scaling, and Perio Charting.- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care- Conduct initial patient screenings and assessments- Take x-rays- Assist dentists during procedures as needed- Maintain accurate patient records using open dental.- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy Skills- Proficient in infection control and aseptic techniques- Experience with dental clinic operations and patient care- Knowledge of open dental.- Strong communication skills for educating patients on oral health practices- Ability to assist dentists during various procedures- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation review skills Job Type: Part-time Pay: $36.00 – $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 16 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Medical Specialty: Anesthesiology Schedule: 8 hour shift No weekends License/Certification: Registered Dental Hygienist (Required) Ability to Relocate: Boca Raton, FL 33433: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
