Description: Summary: Prepares, submits and follows up on a timely basis for dental insurance claims. Assists patients with account questions. Requirements: Education, Training or Certifications Required: 1. High School diploma or equivalent. 2. Some college preferred. Experience Required: 1. Dental office experience preferred. 2. Experience in Customer Service with face-to-face contact. 3. Demonstrated ability to effectively and positively interact with multi-disciplinary staff, patients and others. Special Requirements: 1.
