Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Lead Orthodontic Assistant/Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, exhibit a high attention to detail, and possess a positive attitude. Working directly with the solo owner orthodontist and/or manager, you will be trained in our systems and be responsible for ensuring smooth and effective clinic operations. This role will have administrative and reporting duties in additional to clinical care. About You: The qualified candidate would have high attention to detail and care deeply about the patient’s treatment and experience. You should be reliable, possess excellent attendance and punctuality, and have a commitment to quality treatment, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential. Schedule – Full-time: Tue/Thur: 8:20AM-5:20PM Fri: 7:50AM-4:50PM Sat: 7:50AM-3:00PM (2 Saturdays per month) Salary: $27-$34/hour Responsibilities: Provide full clinical care based on our standard protocols set by the doctor. Ensure efficient and smooth clinic operations with proper preparation and execution during clinical schedule. Provide training for clinical staff on our protocols to ensure standardized performance, including as part of our internal OA course. Act as a liaison between the doctor, patients, and clinical team members by answering treatment-related questions based on protocols. Provide clinical reporting related to individual and whole-clinic performance, and address issues that may arise. Ensure compliance with OSHA/HIPAA regulations and maintain team member certifications. Requirements: High reliability and integrity. Excellent attendance and punctuality Commitment to quality treatment, efficiency, and continuous improvement Effective computer skills to provide reports efficiently. Minimum of 5 years of orthodontic clinical experience.
