Main Responsibilities: Assisting the doctor during new patient exams and surgical procedures Proficient in taking x-rays and CT scans Experienced in taking traditional and digital impressions Monitoring patient healing progress and removing sutures during follow-up visits Educating patients on the importance of maintaining periodontal health Preparing and sending necessary reports and documentation to referring offices Managing supply orders and inventory Overseeing and setting up clinical rooms for procedures Performing radiographic imaging and ensuring compliance with radiation safety protocols as the designated Radiology Officer Qualifications: Excellent communication and active listening abilities Skilled in calming and reassuring anxious patients Enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge and skills Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Possession of a Minnesota Dental Assisting license Ideally, 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant, Oral Surgery Assistant, or Hygienist Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $28.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Free parking Health insurance On-the-job training Paid time off Profit sharing Tuition reimbursement Medical Specialty: Surgery Schedule: 8 hour shift Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Dental assisting: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: Registered Dental Assistant (Preferred) Work Location: In person
