Responsibilities: – Assist dentists and hygienists in the delivery of patient care, including preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing equipment.- Conduct four-handed dentistry, working closely with the dentist to provide seamless patient care.- Accurately document patient medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.- Utilize medical imaging technology, including X-ray machines and 3D scanners, to capture high-quality images for diagnosis and treatment.- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to strict infection control protocols.- Provide pediatric dentistry services to our young patients, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.- Familiarize yourself with general dentistry procedures and assist with a variety of treatments, including fillings, crowns, and extractions.- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of aseptic technique, ensuring the highest level of sterility in the treatment area.- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, providing exceptional customer service to our patients. Experience: – Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is highly desirable.- Knowledge of pediatric dentistry and a willingness to work with children is essential.- Familiarity with medical imaging technology, including X-ray machines and 3D scanners, is required.- Proven experience with four-handed dentistry and aseptic technique is necessary.- Medical documentation experience is necessary.- A strong understanding of general dentistry procedures is essential.- The ability to maintain a clean and organized treatment area is crucial.
