Senior Manager Dental National Accounts Location: Amherst, NY Starting Salary: starting at $150,000 based on experience The Senior Manager of Dental National Accounts develops and maintains strong dealer relationships and focuses on implementing strategies and action plans, in support of obtaining corporate goals and objectives including financials. This leadership position will manage a team focused on sales activities associated with universities and government entities. Essential Functions: Develops and maintains a total comprehension of the personnel, structure and operations of clinical dealer accounts in the US Provide leadership and guidance on all accounts related to university and government sales Develop and maintain communications, contact and rapport with personnel within key accounts Conduct Monthly Performance Review and Marketing Meetings with distributors Collaborate with sales and marketing management to develop and implement clinical sales & marketing strategies to increase sales and support provided by our key dealer network Optimize dealer participation in key account programs to maximum account potential Develop, initiate and manage co-operative dealer activities which focus on achieving corporate objectives Organize educational programs and communicate with all stakeholders Identify future opportunities to include technology applications that supports company goals and objectives Create and implement an open dialog forum with the sales organization Evaluate/re-evaluate effectiveness of national accounts and Ivoclar’s marketing programs through field evaluations in order to drive change or improvement Provide leadership and guidance to authorized dealers Lead weekly Marketing and National Accounts meetings to ensure alignment Your Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred Five years sales and marketing management experience Leadership experience preferred Ability to lead others and strong negotiation skills Strong interpersonal and motivational skills A valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a company credit card Ability to travel by air, overnight and for extended periods Let’s achieve our goal together.
