We are looking to hire a dental assistant to join our awesome team at Roots Dental. Our office is a private, one dentist practice with hopes to have a second dentist soon. We use state of the art technology. We are a drama free, clean, and organized office with great teamwork. We currently have 4 experienced assistants, 2 of which have been here for 2+ years. One of our assistants has been with us for over 1 year and is moving onto Hygiene school. The fourth assistant has been here for over 1 year, and came to us straight out of dental assisting school. Our ideal candidate would ideally have 3 years dental assisting experience and have graduated from an accredited dental assisting program. Your role will be vitally important to keeping our practice running smoothly & maintaining our valued patients in the highest level of dental health. We are looking for someone who is proficient in cord packing, surgery, digital scanning, and Invisalign. A great candidate will have great people skills, be detail-oriented; possess the ability to self-motivated and manage time well. You will have support from 4 other well trained assistants at our office. There will be training to integrate into our team.
