Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist dentists in the clinical treatment of patients Assist in crown procedures, including making temporary crown Take necessary x-rays, impressions, etc Sterilize instruments, prepare exam rooms and ensure necessary equipment is ready for dentists Discuss treatment plans with patients in a clear, understandable manner Educate patients about oral health and treatment Welcoming and helpful attitude to patients and team members Complete chart review and detailed chart notes for each patient Must be available to work: Monday-Thursday xe2x80x93 7:30-5:30pm Fridays (as needed) xe2x80x93 7:30-12:30pm Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications Registered Dental Assistant License or Certified Dental Assistant X-Ray Certification Experience working as a dental assistant (1-2 years) Preferred Experience, Skills, and Qualifications Nitrous Oxide Certification Experience with Pattersonxe2x80x99s Eaglesoft system Highly organized with strong attention to detail Prioritize patient rapport and excellent customer service Strong communication skills Benefits Paid Time Off + Holidays Medical Insurance 401K with Profit Sharing Life Insurance Dental Discounts for Immediate Family
