Provides direct support and assistance to dentists and dental hygienists in the provision of dental care for the students of The Ohio State University, Student Health Services; provides general office support and direct assistance to the Dentist in the daily operations of the dental service. Requires successful completion of a background check and health screening. Education / Skills / Experience: Required: Per CCS Specs; High School diploma or GED; Registered with the Ohio Dental Board as a Dental Assistant Radiographer; and Basic Life Support – Health Care Worker certification. 1 year of clinical experience. Desired: Technical school and/or equivalent combination of education/experience. 2 years or more of clinical experience. Excellent verbal communication skills and manual dexterity. Knowledge of Current Dental Terminology codes and terms and American Dental Association claim form. Qualified candidates may be asked to complete a pre-employment physical including a drug screen and background check. Target hiring range is $17.10 to $22.61. Regular 40 First Shift
