NO DENTAL ASSITANT EXPERIENCE / LICENSE REQUIRED! The practice will provide all clinical training required to successfully perform your duties, sponsor all certifications and licensure for the right candidate. If you’re looking for the opportunity to enter the industry and would like to work while obtaining the Dental Assistant license, you’ve found the perfect position. While we do not look for exact Dental Assistant experience, a candidate must demonstrate a professional mindset / ability to train via past employment history. Some of experiences that we look for are : 2 or more years of track record in relevant medical/vet field, fast-pace professional service industry, relevant vocational school training, bachelor’s degree in relevant field, etc. Lack of relevant experience or educational qualification will be a deal breaker for this position. During your initial training period, a certain level of job performance is expected and required to continue employment, that will be measured on weekly basis. Attendance and punctuality will be strictly monitored as a core professional value. An ideal candidate must be a quick and active learner, as this training program is not a good fit for those who are seeking to learn skills passively. The ideal candidate will be a professional and positive team player. He/she must have the mindset to grow, learn, thrive under pressure, work well with others, while being able to hold yourself and your team accountable. Attendance and attitude are important. We pride in offering exceptional standard of care and patient experience using latest technologies including: – CBCT-aided endo and implant surgery – Same day endo/crown using CEREC – Same day implant placement/restoration in esthetic zone – Laser soft tissue management A dental assistant’s main responsibilities will include: – Taking radiographs as needed – Assist with various procedures, including crown & bridge, root canals and implant placements – Clean and set up operatories – Maintain instruments and inventory – Take vitals during sedation appointments – Greet patients and take records for the dentist – Follow up with patients, and help fill schedule Full-Time Employee Benefits include 401k, health insurance, paid-time off, paid holidays, dental benefits, paid CE opportunities and more!
