Skyview Dental is growing and we are looking to add another hygienist! Do you want to work in an environment where you are a respected and valued team member? We are looking for an energetic, positive person! The position would be full-time, Monday-Thursday. Great pace, typically 1 patient or 1 quad per hour. Flexible start date, preferably January. Experience strongly recommended. Must be a Registered Dental Hygienist with an active license. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: xc2xb7 Attend and contribute to daily huddle. xc2xb7 Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings. xc2xb7 Speak, understand, and write grammatically correct English. xc2xb7 Facilitate interoffice team communication with respectful and constructive problem solving techniques. xc2xb7 Make sure behavior, attitude, and beliefs are congruent with the values and vision of the practice. xc2xb7 Maintain a clean and uncluttered environment in the work area. xc2xb7 Focus conversation with the patient and his or her dental care. xc2xb7 Educate patients at every opportunity. xc2xb7 Greet each patient with a smile as a welcome guest to the practice. xc2xb7 Introduce each new patient to other team members as needed. xc2xb7 Listen to each patient’s needs. xc2xb7 Promote treatment plans and encourage patients to begin treatment. xc2xb7 Maintain an outgoing, friendly attitude with patients and team members at all times. xc2xb7 Ask each patient for a referral when appropriate. xc2xb7 Complete tasks within given time frames. xc2xb7 Perform all other duties as assigned. xc2xb7 Answer questions from patients and team members in good spirit. xc2xb7 Combine efficiency, productivity, and caring for patients in all actions. xc2xb7 Demonstrate exceptional human relation skills. xc2xb7 Monitor key indicators each day to evaluate attainment of its goals. xc2xb7 Resolve conflict among team members quickly and fairly. xc2xb7 Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
