DENTALHYGIENIST Pay Schedule Classification Hourly rate paid bi-weekly medical insurance dental insurance vision insurance 401K (4% match) paid vacation paid holidays paid CE Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for the patient preventive maintenance care program, treatment procedures, clerical duties, charting maintenance duties and recare system. Major duties Chart procedures to include patient conditions, medical and dental histories, treatment procedures, patient comments, and doctorxe2x80x99s exam notes. Performs treatment procedures to include prophylaxes, scaling, and fluoride applications. Oversees non-surgical perio programs Takes radiographs Reinforces recommendations for treatment Receives general supervision from the Business Manager regarding unusual problems, emergencies or new situations. Also receives general supervision from the dentists regarding patient treatment procedures. The hygienist performs recurring and routine work independently.
