Dental Hygienist

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to perform dental cleanings, conduct patient assessments. Responsibilities: – Perform thorough dental cleanings and remove plaque and tartar buildup – Conduct patient assessments. – Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral care instructions – Take dental x-rays and develop them for further examination – Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or other dental software systems – Adhere to all HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy and confidentiality – Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional patient care Skills: – In-depth knowledge of dental anatomy, oral health, and dental hygiene procedures – Strong patient assessment skills to identify oral health issues and develop appropriate treatment plans – Proficiency in using Dentrix and Itero Scan. – Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients on oral hygiene practices – Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals If you are a dedicated Dental Hygienist looking for an opportunity to make a difference in patients’ lives, we would love to hear from you.
