Enumclaw Dental Center is a private practice located in Enumclaw, WA seeking an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team! As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in promoting oral health and preventative care while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Office hours are Monday-Wednesday 7 am-5 pm, staff are asked to arrive at 6:15 am to prepare charts and attend morning huddle. Most staff average 30-33 hours a week, enjoying a 4-day weekend! Key responsibilities: Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planning, prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, polish, and debridement. Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and screenings. Take and record radiographic images. Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, findings, and progress. Partner with clinicians to ensure optimal patient care. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program. Valid and current certifications, licenses, and registrations as mandated by applicable state and federal law. Experience with Open Dental software and electronic health records.
