We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing quality oral healthcare to our patients. Responsibilities:- Perform thorough dental cleanings- Take digital x-rays- Conduct oral cancer screenings- Administer local anesthesia as needed- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for at-home care- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories- Follow strict infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff- Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive dental care Experience:- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist- Proficient in medical terminology related to dentistry- Strong knowledge of infection control practices in a dental setting- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems (Dentrix and Dexis)- Ability to perform patient assessments and recognize oral health issues- Knowledge of dental anatomy and oral diseases If you are a dedicated Dental Hygienist looking for an opportunity to make a difference in patients’ lives, we encourage you to apply.
