We are a private dental practice actively seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to become part of our patient-focused, technologically advanced, and dynamic practice. In this role, you will collaborate with a team dedicated to delivering an exceptional patient experience, emphasizing the importance of directing patient attention towards essential treatments. Simultaneously, you will address individual concerns and provide education and guidance on matters such as dental health, plaque control, and oral hygiene. Responsibilities: – Perform dental cleanings, including removing plaque and tartar from teeth – Conduct oral examinations to identify any signs of oral diseases or abnormalities – Take dental x-ray as needed – Administer local anesthesia and apply fluoride treatments – Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing, condition of their oral cavity and risk of decay – Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories – Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean dental environment – Stay up-to-date with advancements in dental hygiene techniques and technologies Requirements: xc2xb7 Registered Dental Hygienist License xc2xb7 Current CPR Certification. xc2xb7 Demonstrates leadership xc2xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. xc2xb7 Ability to work well in a team environment xc2xb7 Attention to detail and strong organizational skills xc2xb7 Excellent knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and practices Hours: Mondays 9-6 Tuesday 8-5 Wednesday 8-5 Thursday 8-5 No Fridays or Weekends Job Type: Full-time Pay: $41.00 – $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 xe2x80x93 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: No weekends Work Location: In person
