To evaluate your own patient 3 months following SRPs for improvement? We are looking for a qualified applicant to:- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning teeth, scaling, and polishing- Take digital dental x-rays- Assess patients’ oral health and provide appropriate treatment recommendations- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care- Administer local anesthesia but not a job requirement- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile work environment- Collaborate with dentists and other dental professionals to provide comprehensive patient care All you need to have:- Valid RI state dental hygiene license- Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program- Proficiency in dental electronic health record software (e.g., Dentrix, Epic, Eaglesoft)- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance- Familiarity with dental imaging technology and techniques- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and dental team members- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records- Ability to work independently while also being a team player New grads are encouraged to apply.
