A Day In the Life Of: As our Dental Office Manager, your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities within the practice. Manage Business Operations: Create staff schedules. Coordinate day-to-day execution of tasks. Develop efficient systems for smooth office functioning. Oversee Staff Performance: Ensure the daily workflow runs efficiently. Monitor staff performance and address any issues. Software Proficiency: Experience with Ortho Trac and/or Cloud 9 software is advantageous. Insurance and Billing: Manage insurance plans. Handle billing processes. Doctor Scheduling: Develop and maintain doctor schedules. Patient Education and Consultation: Educate patients on treatment plans. Discuss financial options with patients. Orthodontic Knowledge: Familiarity with orthodontic terminology and procedures. Accounts Receivable Management: Handle accounts receivable processes.
