You are the right person if: You are an experienced dental assistant with a current expanded function certification. You have two years+ experience as an assistant. You are committed to providing an excellent patient experience. Comfortable working in a truly fast paced environment. You can work independently and in a large team environment. You are organized and committed to succeeding and growing in one place. You are dedicated to learning new skills and processes. You love studying independently if you lack the skills or knowledge. You do not need micromanagement and can take initiative. You are always punctual. Dedicated to the success of your employer because you know it will be reciprocated. Other Requirements: Schedule: *NO FRIDAYS OR WEEKENDS*Some of the daily responsibilities may be: Be the face of the practice as you welcome patients. Manage the flow of incoming patients among clinicians to ensure timely intake. Ensure regulatory compliance through detailed Health Records collection and review. Maintain & update patientsxe2x80x99 demographics. Be a liaison between patients, clinicians and management to improve intake efficiency, and patientsxe2x80x99 and clinical staff experience.
