Overview: Our Dental Insurance Verification Coordinators provide support in the verification, plan build, and proper linking of insurances for all appointments scheduled in a specified market. This is not a remote position – it is based at our Support Center in beautiful Boca Raton, FL. Responsibilities: High volume new patient insurance verifications for PPO Meticulous attention to detail Ability to retain specific avenues and verification methods Maintain a well-organized system of operation with appropriate team members Ability to communicate and document all issues and resolutions effectively Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision/direction and ability to multitask Strong team player willing to take direction in a team environment Takes part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position Meet goals set forth by management Adheres to all company policies and procedures, and abides by HIPAA regulations Qualifications: Experience with medical and/or dental insurance verification, preferred Our ideal candidate will be someone who has worked in a dental or medical office Experience with dental or medical software, a plus!
