Job Description Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of patientsxe2x80x99 physical condition, medical history, and functional limitations. Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, incorporating evidence-based techniques and modalities. Implement treatment plans through hands-on therapy, exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other appropriate interventions. Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies for optimal recovery and prevention of future injuries. Monitor and document patientsxe2x80x99 progress, adjusting treatment plans to ensure effectiveness and goal achievement. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment notes, progress reports, and billing information, in compliance with legal regulatory requirements. To stay current with advancements in physical therapy, participate in professional development activities, such as continuing education courses, workshops, and peer review sessions. Be a leader and mentor to junior Physical Therapists and/or assistants in the workplace. Eager to learn and provide hands-on support with care and exercise programs using cutting-edge technologies. Perform administrative tasks, such as progress reports and daily notes, in a timely manner and assist with program and staff development. Be a part of a high-functioning and flexible team. Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. CA State License or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist CPR Certification Strong Clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life. Prior experience in a clinical setting, outpatient, or orthopedic rehabilitation is preferred but not required. An interest in specialized programs.
