What DAG will bring to the table: xc2xb7 Professional development opportunities xc2xb7 Competitive salary based on experience xc2xb7 Health, dental, and vision insurance options xc2xb7 401(k) retirement plan xc2xb7 Travel reimbursement Key Responsibilities: xc2xb7 Collaborate with multiple dental offices to help review revenue targets and assist with account receivables xc2xb7 Work closely with each office to develop and implement plans that meet revenue and budget objectives while ensuring compliance with operational standards xc2xb7 Ensure that offices adhere to professional standards, state, and federal regulatory requirements xc2xb7 Analyze financial trend data and balance operational costs to optimize efficiency and profitability xc2xb7 Recruit, hire, and develop Practice Managers. Provide coaching, conduct performance appraisals, and implement corrective actions when necessary xc2xb7 Maintain open lines of communication with Office and Dental leadership to ensure they have the necessary support for success xc2xb7 Leverage market advertising, marketing, and sales strategies to maximize each office’s advantage xc2xb7 Engage with Dentists and office staff to build strong relationships while supporting and ensuring their success What we need from you: xc2xb7 Minimum of 4 years of successful dental management experience with multiple locations, budgets, and P&L responsibilities xc2xb7 Proven track record of identifying, selecting, developing, and retaining talent in a dental practice setting xc2xb7 Working knowledge of Open Dental Software xc2xb7 Ability and willingness to travel regularly between dental offices in Asheville NC, Greensboro, NC, Martinsville, VA, Harrisonburg, VA, and Charlottesville, VA Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 – $89,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Application Question(s): This is not a remote position – do you live in VA or NC OR or are you willing to relocate?
