Registered Dental Hygienist

$2500 SIGN ON BONUS Duties: – Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth- Take and develop dental x-rays- Conduct oral health assessments and screenings- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed- Assist the dentist during dental procedures- Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or other dental practice management systems- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment- Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care Skills: – Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and explain dental procedures- Strong knowledge of dental hygiene principles, techniques, and practices- Proficiency in using dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Epic for patient record keeping and scheduling- Familiarity with medical coding for insurance billing purposes- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and patient care Note: Prior experience with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Epic, or other dental practice management systems is preferred but not required.
