Hello, we are a private practice in Woodbury NY seeking friendly and passionate dental hygienist to join our team. Schedule is as follows Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8-4. Thursdays will be added on in the future. Your duties are:- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing- Take and digital dental x-rays- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral health care instructions- Conduct patient assessments and screenings for oral health conditions- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean dental environment- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality- Utilize Dentrix software for scheduling, charting, and billing purposes “`Qualifications“`- Valid NY state dental hygiene license- Experience working in a dental office or clinic setting- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages- Detail-oriented with excellent manual dexterity for performing precise dental procedures If this sounds like you, apply today!
