Enjoy working with our highly skilled Dentists and Team! We have expanded our offices and need Dental Hygienists with all levels of experience. We will provide additional training. You must have a current Delaware license. We provide a wonderful environment for work in. You will be treated with respect and your hard work will be appreciated. Candidates must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, the Hygienist helps with office duties such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records. Experience with Denticon practice management software is a plus. Compensation is based on experience and if you prefer assisted or non assisted hygiene scheduling. $1000 signing bonus RESPONSIBILITIES Assesses dental condition and needs of patient using appropriate screening procedures, including medical history review and dental and perio charting Performs routine treatment procedures, such as cleaning and polishing Takes radiographs Applies sealants and fluorides Helps manage patient records, including obtaining dental records, questioning patients about their medical history, and recording the information for the dentistxe2x80x99s reference Advises patients on dental care and helps make patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required Performs other duties as assigned Job Types: Part-time, Full-time Pay: $42.00 – $64.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Retirement plan Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday No nights No weekends License/Certification: Delaware Dental Hygiene License (Required) Work Location: In person
