Immediate dental assistant position available!!! State of the Art Oral Surgery practice is looking for Dental Assistants for our offices located in Newark (next university of Delaware) & Wilmington. This is a part-time/full time position. Our ideal candidate should have experience working as a Dental Assistant, or formal Dental Assistant training, However, we will train the right candidate. We offer a competitive salary. Responsibilities:Job Description: Provide surgical support to the oral surgeon chairside Assist in oral surgery procedures including IV sedations. Take panoramic and CBCT scan radiographs Sterilize instrumentation and prepare tray setups. Provide care instructions for surgery patients. Willing to participate in the Oral surgery dental anesthesia assistant program and be certified. Support & assist other office administrative duties. Qualifications: Excellent communication skill, pleasant personality Must be a team player. Employment: Part & full time Office hours- M-Th : 8 am -4pm; Friday – 8 – 130 PM Compensation: pay based on experience and skill sets related to oral surgery practice.
