Responsibilities: – Assist the dentist during dental procedures- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment- Take and develop dental x-rays- Perform dental charting and record patient information- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care- Assist with dental lab tasks such as pouring models and trimming impressions- Schedule patient appointments and manage patient records- Maintain a clean and organized dental office environment Qualifications: – High school diploma or equivalent- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program- X-ray certification- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality- Familiarity with dental assisting procedures and techniques- Ability to record patient information- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and oral health Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Free parking Health insurance Paid time off Travel reimbursement Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift No weekends Work Location: On the road
