Participate in dental treatment of patients by performing dental prophylaxis, applying topical medications, examining and charting of teeth. Instrument set ups and sterilization to include maintenance of other dental equipment. Ordering of dental supplies as required and perform other related duties incidental to the work described. Minimum Qualifications: Associates degree from an approved Dental Hygiene program, current NYS license/registration as a Dental Hygienist. Two years related experience preferred. Must be BLS certified by American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Preferred Qualifications: Computer knowledge is a must as well as taking digital x rays.
