Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures with a focus on oral-systemic care Advocate for patient care and their complete health by educating and empowering patients Utilize technology such as Primescan, Gemini laser, and cameras to enhance patient experience and treatment outcomes Maintain a strong work ethic and collaborate effectively with our team Continuously learn and improve communication skills to enhance patient care and treatment acceptance Embrace a growth mindset and pursue continuing education opportunities Requirements: Openness in using dental technology including Curve Dental, CBCT, Itero, and IntraOral Cameras Positive attitude, happy disposition, and flexibility in scheduling Strong self-starter with a detail-oriented approach Ability to create value in the practice through patient-centered care and treatment acceptance RDH Certificate and Radiology Certification required Benefits: Competitive salary: $36.00 xe2x80x93 $44.00 per hour Full-time position: 32 xe2x80x93 36 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 401(k) matching Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Professional development assistance How to Apply:Please email your resume along with: Your desired wage References What makes you a good hygienist How you can create value in the practice Three times you can meet for face-to-face interviews Location:Columbus, IN – Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
