Role Description A Registered Dental Hygienist creates a connection between the Pediatric Dentist and the patient. This happens with clear and complete education to patients and their families, as well as support for the Pediatric Dentist with completing certain preventative and minor scaling. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Anesthetizing patients and helping with all aspects of a recare visit will be the major functions of the position, but not limited to. There will be times when the Dental Hygienists helps with other tasks in the office that arenxe2x80x99t patient care and will have time set aside for meetings both in person and virtually. Uphold all legal and ethical standards led by the owner-doctors. Minor Duties and Responsibilities: Carry the team culture and demand top tier patient care from all team members. Develop new strategies to comfortably treat patients, as well as run more efficiently in the clinics. Attend training and group meetings to collaborate and grow as an organization. Qualifications for the Job: Experience: All licensure to be a Registered Dental Hygienist in an ADFK practice. Experience leading a team in a clinical setting and meeting performance goals. Other: Excellent leadership and self-direction skills, good judgment in handling difficult situations, and good organizational, time management, and conflict resolution. Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information in a manner that inspires confidence and trust. Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally. Ability to lead in a team environment with empathy, humility, and strength of character. Able to attend training and leadership development meetings both virtually and in person, in addition to the demands of the position.
