Link: https://forms.gle/mu3Go8TxWaQYif7c7 Candidates who have experience with the following are strongly encouraged to apply: Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Insurance adjustment knowledge and the ability to verify dental insurance for patients Treatment planning and presentation skills In-depth knowledge of Dentrix software Dental hygiene and doctor scheduling protocol Reception (inbound and outbound phone calls) YOUR PRIMARY ROLE: Be part of a team taking inbound calls and resolving routine needs of callers – create new appointments, cancel/reschedule appointments, explain basic billing questions, accept payment over the phone, forward calls, etc. Respond to inbound emails, text messages, etc. via the patient communication portal. Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, help fill hygiene & doctor schedule, and follow up on unscheduled treatment. Treatment Planning and Presentation: Excellent knowledge and experience with dental treatment planning and presentation. Be able to enter a treatment plan in Dentrix, understand insurance, explain treatment needed to the patient, and calculate their co-payment. REQUIREMENTS: Reliabilityxe2x80x94 showing up to every scheduled shift, as we count on you to run our daily business operations. At least 3 years of front office experience in a large, general dentistry, multi-doctor practice. At least 2 years of recent Dentrix (local server-based, not Dentrix Ascend) experience. Full-time availability: 32 – 36 hours weekly, M-Th schedule, one Saturday/month required. Whatxe2x80x99s in it for you? We’re glad you asked!
